I received a tip about my nemesis cache, Water Tower #2 Latchingdon so I whizzed over there today with hope in my heart! I knew the area like the back of my hand so no need for the IPhone.

I had to deliver some stuff to Heybridge and there were three unfound caches nearby.

I popped over towards Mundon today to hunt down one of Nathan's new caches - Roadside Revelations

Today it's back to geocaching in the cold. I saw that a puzzle cache in Galleywood had been replaced.

We had a few days away this week, flying out on Sunday to Gran Canaria.

I decided to pick off a few stragglers in the Southend area this morning so was at St Saviour's Cache at first light for a quick find. I then moved on to the last Seafront Series cache that I needed for an even quicker find!

A new puzzle cache appeared called Burstead Grange and I was immediately interested as I born in The Retreat in Great Burstead but I could never find out where that was. Could this place be linked in any way?

Last night, it became apparent that a lot of snow would hit Essex and East Anglia this afternoon. My plans to cache in the Highwoods area of Colchester were abandoned as I didn't know which direction that the snow was coming from.

I went over to Chafford Hundred for a couple of caches. The first one, a Sidetracked was an easy find.

I needed a cache for this mini run so came up to Rawreth for a couple of the new caches that Nathan has set out. The CM was a quick find but inside the cache was the coords for the bonus. Armed with these, I walked down the footpath towards GZ.
