The plan was to tackle the resurrected section of the Essex Way between Willingale and Cannons Green but I'd start at Writtle Ford. I had a quick find of the re-instated cache and very pleased that the ford was dry!
Last June, I had a visit around Tilbury Fort and sorted out the answers to the Fort multi.
Just time for one today so it was a 20 minute drive down to Two Tree Island in Leigh-on-Sea for Treasure.

I ventured further afield today and set off for Brightlingsea. As usual, I started off with a DNF, it was there but searching for something green in ivy, I'm not going to waste much time.
We went for lunch at a new Wilkin tea rooms for us, which turned out to be great, as we visited the medieval barns which had been there since 1194!!!
Saturday morning, early start, scrape the ice of the widescreen and get to Chelmsford for dawn, to get a couple of hours caching before the hurley burley of the day starts.
