I Haven’t Been Hiding

I had received notice that my website host was being bought out and my website would be transferred to another platform. Fair enough, that's business, folks. However, when the transfer occured on December 4th, it was immediately apparent that the new host was no blooming good at all for me.🤬

So I had to look for a company to preserve my last seven years worth of caching history and place it on a platform compatible with an IPad. Luckily I struck gold with a local company, GemRaj Technology Ltd, who have been absolutely marvellous in resolving my problems.

Unfortunately, at the same time as the transfer, my wife went into hospital for an extended stay which knocked any thought of geocaching on the head immediately. As time went on though, I was able to pick up a few caches here and there just to keep my geocaching mojo going.😀

However, until today, I haven't been able to add content to the website that has been sitting there waiting for me. It will take some time to become au fait with the intricacies of the new site but at least I can get the blog started again.😀 However, I am not going to report on my caching over the past three months so the One Day At A Time blog will start from where I am today.

Let me know if you like the new set up, it would mean a lot to me.
